MICROMACHINING

At Makino, we're machining miniature, micron, and sub-micron parts everyday. As applications grow in complexity and shrink in size, Makino provides milling and EDM solutions with the extreme accuracy necessary to machine micro and miniature parts. Some of our micromachining solutions include the V22 and V33i vertical machining centers and the EDGE2 Fine Hole and EDAC1 which is the world's most accurate sinker EDM.

Makino machines are designed with advanced technologies to enhance micromachining performance, including advanced spindle temperature control, unique EDM technology advancements, and rigid machine construction. Makino collaborates with Hummingbird Precision Machine at its research and development facility in Lacey, Washington for micromachining technologies.

See how Makino uses standard precision machine technologies for micromachining in this free webinar.
