Makino takes full responsibility for our Turnkey service. We offer a
vertically integrated, in-house service which often includes fixture design and
building. Makino also functions as a single-source supplier when tooling or
fixture vendors are used for a turnkey. All responsibility relating to any part
of the turnkey process rests with Makino.
Total Control Over the Process
Makino is responsible for the entire start-up process, from building and
delivering the machine(s), to delivery of the finished parts. This approach
makes sense when you consider that the manufacturer is in the best position to
understand the capabilities of their own equipment. As a single-source, Makino
is able to apply R&D technology, applications experience, and machine
manufacturing experience to maximize performance. This environment is focused on
developing optimized cycle times, faster start-ups, and higher quality. Total
control makes Makino responsible for delivering the best performance possible —
