The HQSF technology allows for achievable surface finish capabilities that are 50 percent better than that of conventional achievable surface finishes, regardless of discharge surface area.
The power supply unit and dielectric fluid supply unit are integrated with the machine in a compact design that installs in 20% less floor space than previous Makino EDNC models.
Standard equipment on the EDNC85 includes a dielectric cooling unit, vertically sliding work tank, chip separator, set of centering/measuring probes, portable control panel, RS232C interface, automatic fire extinguisher and MGF 30A power supply unit.
