The EDAF2 Sinker EDM machine with fine-hole option achieves maximum micromachining performance with superior surface finishes. A larger and more dynamic version of the popular EDAF2, the EDAF3 provides shorter machining times, high-accuracy, high-quality surfaces, and fine-hole machining in a space-saving footprint. The EDAF3 with HQSF Option has all the features of the EDAF3, plus Makino’s unique HQSF™ (High-Quality Surface Finish) capable.

Makino’s EDNC family of Ram EDM machines includes the popular EDNC65. The EDNC family of machines incorporate a number of Makino’s technological advancements in one affordable package. These RAM EDM machines combine rugged construction, simple programming, and advanced design and performance features, making it 30 percent faster than manual EDM machines. With the largest tank size in its class, Makino’s EDNC85 Ram EDM machine permits accurate EDM-ing of large workpieces. At 1,574 IPM, the EDNC Rib Head option provides one of the fastest jump speeds in the industry to quickly machine deep, narrow ribs or slots.
