On June 7th, Makino will be hosting the Ti2 day at our Titanium R&D center in Mason, OH.
Guest presentations will be provided by Dr. Tony Schmitz, Dr. Zhigang Wang, and several tooling suppliers including ATI and Kennametal. A panel discussion will also be conducted to permit visitors to ask questions about their Titanium machining challenges.
Makino will also introduce our new T2 5 axis horizontal machining center. The new T-Series with ADVANTiGE technology delivers the rigidity, dynamic stiffness, vibration damping and agility to yield higher Titanium productivity and longer tool life. Additional titanium machining demonstrations will be performed on Makino’s T4 and a81m horizontal machining centers.
The event will be hosted at Makino's Global Titanium Research and Development Center located in Mason, Ohio.
