Connect Makino machine data to the systems you already use
Makino Data Collector and Data Writer are proprietary software solutions that connects your Makino machines and publishes machine data via MQTT for use by compatible third-party machine monitoring and analytics platforms.
Rather than requiring another monitoring platform, Data Collector and Data Writer gives you access to Makino machine data within the systems your operation already uses. Connect the machine, configure your existing software to receive the data and begin monitoring and analyzing machine performance.
Makino Data Collector and Data Writer provides access to extensive machine and process information—including machine status, execution station, program information, alarms, tool data, preventative maintenance information and other operating data. Available data varies by machine and control.
On Pro6 equipped machines, Data Collector Data Writer provides additional Motion Time Monitoring data, including detailed timing signals for ATC, APC, spindle clamp/unclamp and other machine functions. Makino-specific alarms, tool information and PM data can also be collected, with additional customization available through PMC bits and macro variables.
Whether you use internally developed analytics or an established third-party platform, Data Collector Data Writer provides a flexible connection between Makino machine data and software capable of consuming MQTT data.
