The µCell B80 delivers high-capacity automation for a variety of vertical machining centers (VMC) and sinker electrical discharge machines (EDM). With a footprint of less than 25 square feet, the unit fits beside or between machines without sacrificing valuable floor space. A variety of tooling and grippers are supported by the integrated robot with 80 kg payload. The internal shelving can be arranged to support different pallet sizes and configurations with a drawer option for simplified loading of larger components. Adaptability is at the core of the µCell B80’s functionality.
