In part 1 of this 3-part series, we will explore principles of die mold machining. During the session, die mold machining experts will also introduce the theory and application of a high-accuracy/high-efficiency machining technique, called Flush Fine (FF). FF machining delivers cycle time, surface finish and tool life advantages in hardened steel die mold applications.
