Beyond reducing training requirements by utilizing a common control for EDM, the Hyper-i control redefines the term “user-friendly”, as the fundamental design of the interface is to boost the operational efficiency and productivity of operators of all skill levels.
The modern graphical interface of the Hyper-i control provides effective and intuitive operation using a 24-inch class wide hi-definition touch screen, and makes use of Pinch, Swipe, and Spread touch functions similar to smartphones and tablets. The entire system has been streamlined so that the number of keystrokes and inputs are minimized to improve productivity, and the layout is centric to the needs of the operator while allowing for high-level customization desired for production applications. The control incorporates many advanced operator help functions such as the intelligent E-Tech Doctor, and features on-board digital manuals and videos that are intended to provide support where and when required.
